how i ate my husband (or maybe not)

after a long day of lessons, decided to go dinner with sarah and jeannie just now. and after some not-so-hard thinking, decided to go to that ‘deli’ to grab dinner.

and so, took a ride with the coursemate to the train station and boarded the train to another for sarah to pick me up.

was so much fun meeting the girls again!

then after the horrible jam, we arrived at the ‘deli’.

and wow….. didnt imagine the queue for dinner would be that long. well thanks facebook-ers for promoting this.

anyway, after some not-so-deep discussion, we decided to do with take away.

chatted more when jeannie arrived.

owh that drowning crowd.

we actually queued for an hour!! (or more, according to sarah.)

gargh!

AND!!

it is then I MET HIM.

it was just right there.

calling my name.

i knew it.

i knew it was him.

and i knew that was it.

i ordered my husband.

i know..cruel..

but i had to..

i have to..dont i?

i placed the order finally, and waited .

and the fact that the crowd doesnt help at all made the whole thing even more unpleasant.

and FINALLY, after queuing for more than an hour, i got my husband.

i held it in my hand.

joy overflowed..

ah! the joy!

we quickly left the unforgiving huge crowd and proceeded to a bubble tea shop to savour my husband.(well actually , only me, i mean savouring my husband.)

we arrived at the bubble tea shop and found a table while sarah placed the order for us.

and there..and then..

I ATE MY HUSBAND.

yes. i ate him.

went to the Big Bad Wolf english books warehouse sales,digged, and got this:

 

anybody remember this?

im not sure about others but this series is what i’ll definitely go after every time i go to my secondary school’s library.

[yes im a library go-er!]

there were also other series like Full House, Charmed, Sabrina and etc but i think this series made us go to the extend of hiding it behind shelves when we wanted to borrow it home so much but we have no credit left that day. and the purpose of hiding it is of course to unofficially ‘reserve’ it til we return other books and have enough credit to borrow it home.

but! i’ll usually dig deep and score some of them. bwahahahahah!!

[eh wait..to those who know and have ‘reserved’ them before but couldnt find it after that, sorry  for ‘cancelling’ your reservation ruthlessly!! im sorry ok!! =p ]

did i hide some too? erm i guess so..dont really remember doing that. =p ahahhaha…..

but yes, this series has gone from Sweet Valley Twin, Sweet Valley Junior High, Sweet Valley High,Sweet Valley High Senior Year, Sweet Valley University, and many other special series for thrillers/horror  (halloween), or valentines and etc.

so this book is like a sort of an explanation and sort of a closure. dont know. havent start reading YET!

i remember when i found NovelHut (if you know it) much later and had enough money, i went mad inside just digging and scouting for some of the interesting stories to buy home for just a few ringgit each.

oh yeah that’s quite a lot of digging.

those were the days when i have time to read, right. *sigh*

thats why when we went to the Big Bad Wolf we didnt buy much unless the story is really worth to read or else my shelves will burst. =_= but book-digging? yes. alot.

so i guess the next mission is to read more (besides other pending artistic tasks).

being vain

this flu thingy is making me really lazy and refuse to do my work.

i kinda see that dress/shirt twisting is major recently.

so i played with it a little too and this is not my first attempt.

since the CNY is coming soon, i got this red dress.

 

 

 

first look.

 

second combi which uses high waisted skirt-short. or you can also try high waisted pencil skirt for a slimmer look.

i actually topped my regular skirt with a thick belt for this kinda look for work, to create a fake high waisted look. just make sure the skirt and belt is of the same colour.

 

 

third combi where i add a jacket or blazer for a more formal look.

 

so again we saved money! (oh, as if.)

whoa that’s been a really long time i didnt write anything on my blog..

used this Nexcare non-exposure tape yesterday during my short trip/vacation for the long weekend..

well it said i can stick it on my skin after i’ve placed it on (the insides and exposure spots of) my clothes..

 

and yes, before this when i tried this it was alright..

 

but guess what happened last night..

 

i was pulling out the tapes as usual..

 

then i pulled the one on my left breast too fast too hard..

 

and ~!@#$%^&*()_+..

 

the very first and thin layer of my skin was peeled off with that sticker/plaster/tape!

 

damn painful!!!!!!!!!! i cant even bath well!! (soap and water,you see..)

now when the fabric brushes with that wound it still hurt!! =”(

 

i cant put on plasters for too long as well!

 

so moral of the story is, peel it off GENTLY!! X”(

Magic Mask!!

[alright, let’s see how many people click this. but anyway]

ah, i told ya’ll to take note of the picture,no?

i know 100Yen shop and some other shops (beauty shops) sells the plain mask sheets (without any serums or stuff,so you can dip/saturate it in your favourite ‘elixir’) and i even saw plain eye mask sheets..

but after reading Tey Cindy’s post on this cute thing in the picture (also available in SaSa but possibly different brand or sort, and mine was heart shape!! <3<3) , i was eager to try this tho i didnt actually/specifically decided to go out and buy this.

oh,and here’s what i used:

Ok the story is, my bottle of Vichy Eau Thermale has a faulty nozzle that will literally splurt out alot of the ‘elixir’ once i press the nozzle (aside from the regular spraying) so i had a hard time to decide whether to waste it all at one use or just let it rot in my pink basket..

so instead of thinking how to crack open the bottle to fill that oval space as shown in the picture, i just press the nozzle once and let it does its work to ‘splurt’ out enough for the oval space, to do this:

annnnnd here it is:

 

ROFL!! XD  eeeeeeeeee~~~~~ isnt it fun??!!

 

and carefully opened it and spread it on my face,letting it absorb the Eau Thermale..

and felt so refreshing after it!! =D

 

you can also pick from your favourite ‘elixir’ like toners (yea i heard people do that before) or spring water or you know,water based stuff..

maybe not so but..almost..

just after i was all dressed up to go out and buy something, i saw an unfamiliar car waiting just opposite of our houses (neighbour) ..i decided to first wait in the house..

now im just being frank here. if you know my area,you’d know how scary the crime rate is over here. so i DO have my reason to do so.

so after the unusually long waiting time i called up the local police station to ask them to just make a round (note: not reporting crime or asking them to make an arrest ok!) , being a good and responsible civilian and all. i even took the photo of that car (camry) *hand cover eyes*

and then..it appears that it’s the new potential buyer of the other vacant house.. =.=”

so i immediately called the local police station to explain he is the buyer and all,but still,asked them to make a round,you know,just in case.

ok now. you may laugh at me. *sulk*

 

and that’s not all..

i told myself to go to an ATM before going out. and yes, i forgot all about it,until i reached the fly over,which is already , well, way too far. =_=

i said,fine. let’s go to the one in the mall.

and upon reaching the mall,i decided to take the outside parking which doesnt require parking fees, coz i’d be very fast (target shopping) and this is not Jusco or Tesco, they charge per entry.

 

but again,yes, on this time of the day they decided to close the outside parking. AHAHA.

fine.

made rounds to see any cars going out.

NO luck.

fumbled for change for the parking entry..

oh here comes the part..i didnt bring the small change, i only brought my essential cards in a smaller purse,thinking to just take money from ATM before purchasing.=_=

searched frantically for coins in the car.

then suddenly a brilliant idea popped up. grabbed the remaining few local council’s parking coupon,then made a big round to reach the opposite parking lots at the local council’s office.

the other side of the parking was closed for some project,but i told myself i can just get out from the same entrance. *overconfidence*  =_____=x

then walked over to the mall and just bought the stuff (oh and yes, i DID remember to take money from the ATM before purchasing. great achievement. no?)

actually i just bought some work stuff, and Shi Lin (士林) extra crispy chicken chop and oyster mee sua for my grandparents, since we found it quite delicious having it the other day.

so off i went quickly to my car, thinking the 30min limit was over.

uh uh.

i’ll tell you what. it was a 60min coupon. =__________=

oh my,if i’d known that i would have check out the super crazy book sales @ Popular!! (90%!!)

ah fine i quickly delivered the tasty stuff to grandpa and then went home.

My Boyfriend

[no,actually,it’s more like ‘My BoyfriendS’..LOL gotcha!!so tricked huh!!]

i’ve been in several Relationships..

well,some of them worked(for a moment or two),some didnt..

let’s start with the bad ones..

Hel(l), full name’s History of English Language, he was like, chasing after me so hard but,i dont wanna listen to his long lame jokes,man! i know we just wont work!gargh!

then there’s an English man, Iel, full name’s Intro to English Literature,well..he was pretty charming at first..really..we flirted and all..but in the end, argh, i found him SO BORING i decided to call it off.

oh wait, there was another one, his friend, who came after we broke? name’s Melit,yea, Malaysian English Literature. erm..somewhat no chemistry between us, but , yea we gave it a good end,tho. =p

 

then there’re ‘them’, whom i thought we wouldnt work but eventually i had a fun time with..

one is Sagoe, Structure and Grammar of English,he’s pretty NEAT! i kinda like him since im a virgo. but you know ther sayings two virgo(es) can never be together?yea that’s the curse. *le sigh*

his friend?Ems, English Morphology and Syntax, kinda cute too. but he’s too busy drawing the ‘trees’ and i just left. and i swear he still dont know that i left,yet. *le sigh2*

but i met a cute scientist , Psychol, yea i know, he’s not a psycho ok, it’s his name, Psycholinguistics. Fun guy, you know, learnt alot about sciences. But i still decided to call it off as i had to make so much effort to understand his jargon (i.e. prof/occupational languages).

 

ooooh and those HOT guys! gosh those nights we had!

one being Epp, English Phonetics and Phonology. oh i tell you! his SEXY voice! ummmm! always so seductive! but he found his future in BBC.CO.UK coz of his voice..so yea..off he went..sadness..

oh and a Paediatric doctor, we all called him LLT, Language Learning Theories. he’s so great with the babies! but one night we were talking about commitment, and i decided it’s not time yet.

 

and the one who’s embedded deep in my memory is LT, Language Teaching. we did have fun going around classes. we’ll be planning lessons together. but he was soon transferred to another school. *le sigh3*

 

and countless others who ‘flirted’ with me but i didnt bother. ;p

 

OK,let’s see how many would click on this LOL so kepoh on my gossips huh! =p

ahhhh..coz the weather for these two nights just prompt me to write so..i dont need to have a night out..a night in would do now..=p

My Dream Night In would include:

1. cozy seats for me to stretch out my legs and lay my back, and in this case, a bed is totally not a problem. =p environment preferably to be clean and neat for max enjoyment without irritants.

2.either DVD/TV/Lappie will work as long as it has something that i like inside. ;p

3.if it’s dinner, i would like some raw stuff sushi/Domino’s/best chips with Ramly/McD burgers. =D (preferably which i dont need to wash up later)

4.a big blanket/squashy pillows/huggables to snuggle in/shield from coldness, preferably PINK LOL..aw i miss my pink blanket and bed in cheras T_T

5.why did i say coldness, coz i would also love drizzling rain outside as long as it’s not thunderstorm XD

nah that’s why you&i stay in instead,no?

6. of course in comfy shorts and t-shirt ^^

7.having the fact that i dont need to wake up early tomorrow! oh this is important!

8.knowing the fact that i’d be SAFE staying IN! =p

9.to be able to laugh or cry in My approved level of privacy.

10. and lastly , of course, a good company! *wink*

actually the guard was just behind us!! i think she was unsure of catching us or not coz i tied my hair into a pony tail (yup! i know!) and i was wearing sneakers and polo-T and jeans, so much like a F6-er! LOL! XD

ah..nostalgic..the special F6 block..the lunch boxes..the FREE period (yes no kidding, when you only have FOUR  but very HEAVY subject to study..)..the prefects’ room..the church..and the hot spot opposite: Ipoh Parade..(i know..LOL!)

probably at some point in your life you might share this part with somebody else in your life and say, this is my alma mater..

[and then had a nice movie+ instand noodle(with luncheon meat and egg!) session..with ‘The Myth’ showing on the TV! hehe..]

but then he called and said he is going to midvalley so i had to fetch him and i drive.

and yea, i got honked for thrice while switching lane.

[but roads in KL also has ‘backdoors’ for dumb people like me, so] yea i took a u-turn and……..

i was in midvalley. =_=

uh uh, i know how to go home from midvalley , i know that road.

but again, i missed the branch and got to……………….

….. i stared at the ‘faulty rocket’  ..it shot up and then DOWN, but luckily it ‘dispersed’ in mid-air before hitting the ground..i stared at it forst maybe because i want to make sure i know what happened before i die.

i turned my head and saw *sotong* at the other side running to the same direction—our cars.

we were actually the first(s) to run away, sensing emergency.

my heart was pumping very very hard.

but it was just a guy in full black attire passed by with his motorcycle. =_=

 

 

we were then waving frantically, yes, to *big brother* and the rest of the family..to get in the car and ..yes, run away..

*lady* shouted to *big brother*: why you still so slow?! faster!!

we then got into the car and , well, yes, ran away. XD

 

in the car, *lady* kept nagging *big brother* Xp that he should not have played along but start the engine and get ready to run.

then, as we were ‘admiring’ our product in the mamak later, three man in that uniform came…..

Transformers

getting more excited siao with the $$…..($.$)kekekekekekkkk…..

actually went to Transformers with the gang last night, still getting ‘that thing’ done at the last minute.

the house has no electricity suddenly so we went over to kk house early, continue with my ‘My Dear Diary mask-Bulgarian White Rose’ =_=

so we changed and go for dinner first. ordered chee cheong fun for us with a dim sum.

then rushed to the cinema.

and i was thinking,since it is Transformers, yea, Transformers wei…..we should buy the special pop corn set!

so i dragged him to the counter and ordered the set plus a cheezels, i pay wad…..

then we went in and watch (met Ashley^^)

it was action packed and hilarious at the same time, plus the plot-well if you know about the story.

i thought guys would love it, mana tau ah toh said: ok ok lo, two team fight like this like that lo…..hahahahha….

and Kylie was able to finish the movie…..haha…..

then they went to yum cha while i finish ‘it’ up.

yea, c’mon, you can do it.

it's special in that the sauce was mayo mixed with the thai chili sauce...very unique...^^
