i think i was naturally so psycho..(yup...im a weirrdooooouu!)...but im not in psychology course..why?why?why?
i dont know....
i tend to screen myself and also others with that and how to deal or cope or so...
that's why, im also an imperfect perfectionist....
so contradictory huh...
anyway,there's this 'lady', whom we have to discuss lately within this commmunity...

As heard from a number of residents within xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, a particular resident occupying xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (i)has caused an unfavourable living condition for the complaining residents safety and social-wise.
The unfavourable condition is triggered by excessive and loud (as can be heard within the streets)quarrelling noises with the usage of foul languages(otherwise unspeakable words) in Cantonese towards some neighbours of the resident occupying (i).
This case has been once made report to the xxxxxxx police station but nothing can be done unless it was during night time or dawn disturbing sleeps,as told to the the resident here who made the report.
It is known that the resident in complaint has a record of cognitive(mental) problem, as heard from some of the residents.
It is therefore the wish of many residents within these streets(or concerned or witnesses) to settle this issue. However, let’s not despise the person in complaint but hold a heart of rationale

this is what i typed in the letter of complaint as their request...roughly...
...but luckily,i only heard once of the voice, as i dont wake up this early since its holiday... (yup,from 5am...)
but my mum and my brother have always heard it....and to my neighbours, they think this is very very disturbing already as the words used are poisoning the young minds
(as the 'lady's ' 2-3 year-old child was also scolding the same thing, as asked by his/her mum to 'assist in the quarrel'....=.=") including a girl asking her granny what those words mean...=.=".....
she seemed to be targetting an old woman(granny)..pouring hot water or tar onto her plants...or syrup,to let the ants distroy it...how irrational...
everyone who heard it said it was very very unpleasant in the sense of....you know....how rude it can be....and how foul.....
my mum even asked once, did she know not cantonese as she was scolding such words...(she uses hokkien too..)
im so thankful that i didnt need to hear those....
what's more, when i joined in the discussion(as a listener), i heard that the 'lady' was collecting old or used products...and that she also has a house in the other area here...but she didnt pay the rental for 2 or 3 months already for this house at the back...
now,we shouldnt despise...
but you know how good she deals with the police...'coz everytime the police coem to 'beri nasihat', they can smile at each other...??
she can be so nicey with those who help her or gives her 'old things' to collect...
now....
i was thinking, what can we do..or what should we do....
i didnt really know why she confronted that granny and others...
1. if this were to be brought to court, insanity will rule her to no harm since she have that paper....(well,not that we want to hurt her...)
or should we be better coorperate with her as in dont communicate with her or praise her instead?knowing what she will do?
2. she seems to act on her advantage of her cognitive defficiency or so...but otherwise seems not(purely unable to control...) she scolds others for looking down on her...probabily they did,but not me ok? anyway,so is she alright or not?
3. but erm, since she was to be let out, shouldnt she be able to live well?
but look otherwise, even those without that hurtful remark can wreck havoc...or make you hard to live with...
my brother had to deal with this boss who scolds for no reason..and who really has a certification from Tanjung Rambutan...
it seems to match.....
4. so what is this scolding excessively thingy called or defined as?
