wahahahahhaha!!!!!so i cooked a crabby dish today.
i bought two ketam bunga and i have to clean it before cooking.i can't, and i didn't take the video of the process la...but here's a youtube video to teach you how to do it... (and to tell you,my hands hurt due to this...*sigh*...food...) ==''
so basically, after they are cleaned, i saute it roughly and started to prepare the sauce.
i used tomato puree,chillis,some mixed paste of onions and garlics and all,and not to forget,sesame oil and a generous amount of sugar(i love it sweet!!!^^)well,not to say Pppeeeerrrrrrrrfect, but enough to let me feel satisfied^^
erm....well...the thing is,i don't have the pics...it's all in my stomach....
