MELTA- Asia TEFL Conference
ok, although not everybody was in it,but it is an event for EL...and what a day we had!
we all gathered at MC with the rest and took T629 rapid kl to asia jaya lrt,where we met anita and then neeta and chin hoon.
after a journey through putra line lrt and star line lrt,we reached pwtc.
we decided to take a photo in front of the big entrance...so guess who we asked to take photo for us?a foreign tourist!(which turned out to be one of the participants too =.=")
after registering at the counter,we looked around and took a walk trough the fair promoting their products and services.
we went in to one of the rooms where everyone agreed to and listen to the talk,after seeing Dr Teh,who is one of the committee.
we also met Ms Kemmy,Ms Yoges,Ms Wee and Dr Roy along the conference.
we listen to plenty of talks and presentations.
the last was from UK and we all attended that. i guess everyone think its fabulous talk...but...unfortunately we are all so tired!! haha...
we continued to the McD in one of the mall there and ate something,although we had a 'light dinner' after the conference's closing ceremony.
we saw and interesting scene inside the mall- the food court or area was decorated as an old town and it was so oriental! you will only believe it when you see with your own eyes!
it was raining heavily when we came out of the mall. we were uncertain on how to go back to our places since it was raining heavily. finally,we took lrt and back till asia jaya. we parted our ways then.

personal thoughts
what makes us unbearable was the korean speaker's accent. we cant stand it and we sneaked out. i still dont know why she can get a phd in that. well,she definitely did not take phonetics. ms yoges will surely faint on that. =.="
and we were all soaked since it was raining heavily.what an experience.
